BACKGROUND​

The customer sought a solution to ensure consistent milk quality for their consumers as they found it difficult to rectify the problems identified through conventional automation systems.

The previous manual logging method had gaps in quality inspection, leading to product failure somewhere down the supply chain.

The solution ensured that the consumer would get quality product by rejecting the batches which are not fit to dispatch from factory.

Product Quality Alerts

Overcome the challenge of onsite and remote silo milk temperature monitoring & alerts system.

Integration With ERP

Process parameters along with the batch numbers are updated in customer production software hosted on Cloud.

CONSYST developed an IIoT solution to include continuous measurement and logging of milk levels and temperature in silos, with edge computing alerts to take preventive actions through a mobile application.

The data is securely stored in a central cloud hub, allowing retention even in the case of faulty local servers, and systematic synchronization between the cloud hub and the central server.

The central software and ERP work together to perform actions such as generating recommendations, issuing gate passes, and performing searches and queries, revolutionizing milk quality control process.
